moved to Suva, Fiji in 2014. She is a skilled communicator with deep experience working with and coaching professionals at all career levels. Amerika is an open door intercultural and leadership advisor who creates resourceful and timely solutions to help people navigate major change successfully. She has extensive experience in counseling, career development and training, outplacement and relocation support. 20 years of advising and project management experience.

Soon after arriving in Fiji, Amerika founded , a boutique consulting firm offering tailored outplacement and relocation support, professional development, and software/social media training programs to organizations of all sizes. She's delivered workshops to clients including the Embassy of the United States - Suva. WestPac Fiji requested a seminar series with workshops on “Effective Meetings”, “Interviewee Skills”, “Networking”, “SMART Goals and Time Management”. Presentations to the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federations include “Business Plan Writing and Development”, “LinkedIn for Professionals” and “LinkedIn for Hiring Managers”. In 2016 Amerika delivered the International Women’s Day keynote address "Defining Yourself" to the staff of the Auditor-General of the Republic of Fiji.
